I am graphic designer and a photographer, working from the beautiful town of Market Harborough in the midlands. Having worked in the design industry for over 15 years now, and following the birth of my first child, I decided to go freelance and have never looked back.
I worked within many roles during my years of employment; from junior design, marketing assistant, studio manager, account manager and senior designer. Each role demanded a steep learning curve and level of commitment that I now carry on through my freelancing work. I continually aim for creativity, communication and quality of service.
Now I have two children, both at school, I am enjoying the freedom to build on my career again and have several key customers that I assist on their external marketing requirements. I enjoy the balance of home and work life and feel that the relationships I have with my customers is enhanced by my desire to prove to my children that working hard can bring its own rewards, the greatest of which for me is a sense of achievement.
My photography is my passion. I am a self taught photographer, specialising in portraiture but with a background also in product photography. When I am able to, there is nothing I enjoy more that wandering through the local woodland and taking shots of the small detail that goes unnoticed.
On a personal note, thank you for visiting my website. It’s hard to get in front of someone these days and be given the opportunity to chat about how working together can truly benefit both parties. I appreciate the time you have taken to learn more about who I am and how I work.
